Please join us on a journey where we will explore how feeling "not good enough" keeps us from showing up in the arenas of family, work, and relationships.
Drawing on the groundbreaking work of Dr. Brené Brown, we will examine the ways in which we externalize our worth through people pleasing, perfectionism, wearing the badge of busyness, and more. We will explore what keeps us playing smaller than we would like in life and how, by sharing our stories, we can tap into our power, resilience, and worthiness.
This retreat will be hands on, educational, and fun! It is for any woman who wants to examine the thoughts, emotions and behaviors that hold us back from living life as we truly desire.
Participants will leave with research-based practices that help us internalize our worth, foster self-compassion, and promote connection with others, making us more resilient and able to dare greatly in our lives.
